Welcome to the Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory at UBC.

The goal of our research is to understand the relationship between sensory encoding and complex cognitive functioning in healthy individuals and those with serious mental illness. We also focus on how the continuum of personality traits that may interact with cognition to affect everyday functioning.

We employ a variety of methods to investigate these phenomena including behavioural tasks, neuropsychological test performance, electroencephalography (EEG), interviews and self-report.
